The perpetrator moved from one town after another, leaving behind a trail of bodies. Only to disappear and to reappear a year and a half later in north Florida. Flagler Beach detectives Matt Morgan and Tom Donnor were partners for ten years. This was a hard case, the hardest case they had every encountered. They were joined by FBI Profiler Michael Fallon and two FBI field agents. They were all stymied by the murders that began in Flagler Beach.
