Julie B. Clarke has been a collector of teddy bears for many years. Julie and her husband Michael live with their teddy bears in Sarasota, Florida. Their sons, daughters-in-laws, and grandsons love to add to their collection. McCay was made especially for Julie and given to her by very dear friends. When the teddy bears outnumber the space available in their book shelves, Julie and Mike donate them to local law enforcement agencies. The officers carry them in the trunks of their cars to give to children in a stressful situation. Nothing brings more joy than a teddy bear, or another favorite stuffed animal. They make us feel happy, safe and loved.
