Norton is given a job to travel the many stairs in the big blue house. He meets a monster named Jake, who won't let him pass by without bringing him a peanut butter and something sandwich. After never finishing his own plate at dinner, Norton finally realizes that no one can eat peanut butter for dinner every day, for goodness sake!
